Business evolves in parallel with the development of the abilities and expertise of its most important resource: the employees. The Red Point Company provides support and training services to its expert, key and end-users, in view of an optimal exploitation of software solutions.

The training process includes both the theoretical side (used concepts, means of operation performance, results that may be achieved by means of the software systems), and the practical side, which involves the actual use of the system. The development of the training sessions may be adjusted and mutually agreed upon with the personnel of the organization, depending on the areas where users think to need supplementary training. The plan for users’ training will be drawn up by the manager of the implementation team, in collaboration with the group of trainers, and eventually discussed with and approved by the beneficiary’s coordinating representative.
