This function gives Nela Lungu-Constantineanu the opportunity to use her solid expertise in finance and exercise a strategic role in ensuring financial management performance.

Before joining The Red Point, Nela worked as Finance Manager at Ness Romania where her main tasks and achievements involved rallying the company to corporate reporting requirements imposed by listing on NASDAQ (SAP reporting and SOX and the Consortium US-GAAP), developing the financial strategy and implementing the corporate financial policy. In addition, Nela Lungu-Constantineanu was part of the Board of Ness Romania and was legal administrator of the company.

As Chief Financial Officer at The Red Point, Nela coordinates financial activities dealing with developing the company's financial strategy aimed at increasing business performance.

Nela Lungu-Constantineanu holds a Bachelor in Economics, Banking and Stock Exchange from “Al. I. Cuza” University of Iasi. She is member of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR), auditor trainee at the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors and ACCA student.
